Marriage preparation

In the run up to you marriage the officiating minister will expect to meet with you on two or three occasions to discuss the plans for your wedding. These will usually be weekday daytime meetings. In addition to this there will be an evening rehearsal near to the date of the wedding

Many couples have benefited enormously from marriage preparation weekends which are organised by a charity called Engaged Encounter. These weekends are free (you are invited to make a voluntary contribution) These weekends are great for couples who want their relationship to grow and to deepen.  They give an opportunity to think through possible areas of difficulty and how you will handle them as a couple.

·        Coping with conflict

·        Sex

·        In-laws and family issues
