      Clearly, there are of things to discuss and to be explored in relation your enquiry and this is something that we prefer to do in a face-to-face meeting. Should you wish to arrange this, then please complete and return the attached two forms and we shall be pleased to contact you to offer you an appointment.

Every Minister is under a legal duty to be satisfied that you can lawfully marry in the parish before the marriage
can take place or a firm date and time can be fixed for it.  
  

To make this process as quick and simple as possible, can whichever of you has a connection with the parish please complete the attached two forms and send the forms to:-

Please save the file below by:-

then clicking "Save target as" (in Internet Explorer) or "Save Link As" (in Netscape)
 
and then browse to the appropriate drive and folder, then save the file.
 
The form can then be edited using Word.
